These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VIBRANTFER website, online store, product pages, checkout features, customer support services, and any related content, functions, products, or services made available through our store.

Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that allows us to display and sell our products.

Do not use our website or services if you do not agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authorized Use

An order is accepted after we successfully review the transaction, authorize payment, and begin fulfillment.

5. Order Review and Cancellation Requests

Please review product selections, quantities, colors, sizes, shipping details, and billing information before submitting an order.

Because fulfillment may begin shortly after payment, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Cancellation or address-change requests should be submitted to service@vibrantfer.com within 12 hours of purchase.

If an order has already been prepared, transferred to a fulfillment partner, or shipped, we may be unable to modify it. In that situation, an eligible return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Prices, Promotions, and Taxes

Product prices are shown in United States Dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed during checkout.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The amount charged will normally be the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, displayed product prices do not include:

Discount codes cannot be combined unless our website expressly allows it.

VIBRANTFER does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes when those details are handled by an authorized payment provider.

A bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization on your account. The time required to release a pending authorization is determined by that financial institution.

We may delay or cancel fulfillment when payment cannot be verified.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, estimated delivery periods, tracking procedures, customs responsibilities, and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates shown on our website or in order communications are estimates only. They may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs inspections, holidays, local delivery conditions, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays that occur after a package has been transferred to the applicable shipping provider.

Responsibility for loss or damage will be determined in accordance with applicable law and our published Shipping Policy.

Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and VIBRANTFER. Shopify is not the seller of VIBRANTFER products and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, customer service, returns, injuries, damages, or losses arising from purchases made from us.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from a transaction between you and VIBRANTFER.

This provision does not limit obligations that Shopify may independently owe under applicable law or under a separate agreement directly between you and Shopify.
